1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the One Stop Agents AI platform, including our website, application, APIs, and services ("Platform").
By using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

2. Legal Entity

The Platform is operated by DevOpsInternational B.V., a private limited company established under Dutch law and registered in the Netherlands.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use our services. If you are acting on behalf of an organization or company, you confirm that you are authorized to bind such entity to these Terms.

4. Use of the Platform

You agree to use the Platform in accordance with applicable laws and these Terms. You shall not:

  • Use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose;
  • Upload or share content that is harmful, infringing, or offensive;
  • Interfere with the normal operation of the Platform;
  • Reverse-engineer, duplicate, or exploit any part of the Platform without permission.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts in case of violation.

5. User Data and Content

You retain ownership of all data, instructions, and materials you input into the Platform ("User Content").
By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to process and store the data solely for the operation and improvement of the Platform.
You are responsible for:

  • Ensuring you have the right to use the data;
  • Removing confidential or sensitive information if necessary;
  • Complying with all applicable data protection laws.

6. AI Outputs and Disclaimer

The Platform provides outputs generated by third-party AI systems based on your inputs. These outputs are not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or appropriate.

  • AI behavior is probabilistic and may act unpredictably;
  • You must validate all outputs before using them in any critical or operational capacity;
  • One Stop Agents AI and DevOpsInternational B.V. are not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from AI agent behavior.

7. Third-Party Services

We integrate with third-party providers such as OpenAI, Pinecone, LangChain, and AWS. While we carefully select these services, we are not liable for failures, delays, or errors caused by third-party platforms.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and branding on the Platform are the property of DevOpsInternational B.V. or its licensors. You may not:

  • Copy or distribute any part of the Platform without written permission;
  • Use our trademarks or branding without consent;
  • Claim ownership of outputs unless explicitly permitted.

9. Payment & Subscriptions

If using paid features, you agree to pay all applicable fees as shown at the time of purchase. Unless otherwise stated:

  • Payments are non-refundable;
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled in advance;
  • We may adjust pricing with prior notice.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Platform at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access in case of breach of these Terms or misuse of services.
Upon termination, your data may be deleted in accordance with our retention policy.

11. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available."
To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We disclaim all warranties, express or implied;
  • We are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from use of the Platform or AI agents;
  • Total liability under any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid in the past 6 months.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Rotterdam, the Netherlands, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Updated versions will be posted on our website. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
